本岗位为短期劳务派遣岗位,时长9个月。
Main Responsibility:
1. Oversee attendance management, which including the approval of statutory leave entitlement such as maternity leave and long-term sick leave, monitoring time-off entry in the attendance system, consolidating and reviewing attendance reports, and managing the forecasting, analysis, and control of overtime.
2. Facilitate learning activities by implementing the annual training plan, maintaining training record, and sorting out the EHS and QFS training documentation for external and internal audit and inspection. Additionally, coordinate and conduct in-house training session and workshop.
3. Manage the onboarding process for new employee and the exit procedure for departing staff. This encompasses coordinating orientation plan, gathering necessary material, arranging medical check-up.
4. Maintain and provide data reports pertaining to commercial insurance, Concur, MDG, festival benefits, and health certificate as required by QFS standard.
5. Take responsibility for sourcing candidate for blue-collar position and arranging interview.
6. Organize employee sign-off documentation, including pay slips, policy update, and labor contract renewal.
7. Assist in organizing employee engagement event such as town hall meeting, quarterly newsletter, cultural activity, library update, and communication regarding notice and announcement draft.

Job Requirements:
1. 1-years working experience as generalist in HR operation, can handle routine and multi tasks independently.
2. Good English ability.
3. Can do spirit, fast learner.
4. Mature interpersonal skill.
